RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mother and Child Creative Studio, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom & Personalized)

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. By completing your purchase of a custom item, you acknowledge this final sale policy.

Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are FINAL.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

• Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want your piece to be perfect. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

• Resolution: Once the original item is returned to us, we will gladly remake and ship the item at no additional cost to you.

• Refunds for Defects: If a remake is not possible or desired, we will issue a full refund including any original shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective Items: If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, Mother and Child Creative Studio will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

• Shipping Insurance: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Restocking Fees

Mother and Child Creative Studio does not charge restocking fees for returned items.

7. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
