SHIPPING POLICY
At Mother and Child Creative Studio, we handle every order with love and attention to detail. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we get our creations from our studio to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following regions:
All 50 U.S. States
The U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI)
Puerto Rico
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
2. Shipping Costs
We keep it simple:
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 USD for all orders, regardless of the number of items purchased.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
To help you estimate when your package will arrive, please note the following:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time (Processing): 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the time it takes us to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Transit Time (Shipping): * U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days.
HI, AK, PR, and USVI: 5–10 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–15 business days depending on your location.
4. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS or UPS. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
5. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged)
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at motherandchildcreativestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Before Shipping: We can update your address if the order has not yet been processed.
After Shipping: Once a package has left our studio, we are unable to make changes or reroute the shipment.
